About Us

At Prego Cafes, we desire to create a casual, traditional Italian menu for our Weber County neighbors, from Italian Coffee to The Schiacciata to The Pinsa Romana. We create healthy, freshly made green salads and fruit salads daily, and our morning pastries are baked every morning at the cafe. Our ultimate goal is to be unique in our offerings.
